Refund Policy

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund.

 

2. Physical Merchandise and Accessories

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
    Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Procedure:
    1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a refund.
    2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
    3. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item(s) to us.
    4. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    5. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

3. Digital Products

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for digital products.
  • Condition: Refunds for digital products will only be issued if the product is defective or not as described.
  • Procedure:
    1. To request a refund, contact our customer service at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.
    2. Provide your order number, the digital product you wish to refund, and the reason for the refund.
    3. We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 5 business days.
    4. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services: All services, including but not limited to consultations and custom work, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a specific service agreement.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final and cannot be refunded.

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please get in touch with us at [email protected] for further instructions.

 

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
